About Electro Web Design

My name is Paul Nicolson, and I am a freelance web designer based in Cape Town. I am the designer/online marketing expert behind Electro Web Design.

I started designing websites in 2009 and ever since the beginning I’ve been fascinated with the internet and how connected the world has become. At first I was creating websites for myself, my friends, and my family, eventually turning my focus to becoming a full time freelance web designer. In my capacity as a freelance designer I have created websites for small businesses, non-profits, churches, and online magazines.  The process of dealing with people from so many different backgrounds and with so many unique goals is what I find most thrilling about creating websites.

The reason I started Electro Web Design was to bring effective, reliable web design to entrepreneurs with an emphasis on giving each client and each project a uniquely personal touch, free of call centers and support tickets. Meeting clients in person and discussing their needs over a cup of coffee is one aspect of doing business I really enjoy, and I believe this personal approach is what sets us apart from other web design companies.
